Session Times

- In morning sessions, children may arrive for an early start at 8.30am/9.00 and may leave early at 11.30am/12.00

- In afternoon sessions, children may arrive early at 12.00pm/12.30 and leave early at 3.00pm/3.30.

   All day sessions are available

Fees

Children usually attend a mixture of morning and afternoon sessions.

Fees are payable, by online banking or cash, half-termly in advance or monthly by arrangement.

Fees are reviewed annually by the Management Committee.

All children resident in Hampshire are eligible for Hampshire County Council’s Early Years Education grant from the grant period following their third birthday.

 

Grant periods are: 

Sept 1 – Dec 31;

Jan 1 – March 31;

April 1 – Aug 31. 

 

The grant covers the full 38 weeks a year that we are open and entitles your child to 15 hours per week of childcare.  We will give you the grant forms to complete at the appropriate time.  Your child may attend another setting in addition to Bevan Lodge, and you can divide your grant entitlement between the two settings.  If their total hours per week exceed 15, you can decide at which setting you will pay fees for the additional hours. 
We are part of Hampshire's Two Year Old Offer scheme which means we can take children from the term after their second birthday if they have been referred because they meet the criteria of the scheme. From September 2025 children of working parents may qualify for up to 30 hours funding. We also accept Childcare vouchers, a scheme which some employers offer to help working parents save on childcare costs.  Please talk to our registrar or one of our managers if you would like more information on this.
